Signers must:
-
Have U.S. Government issued Driver’s license or Passport (military ID or permanent resident card is not accepted at this time.)
-
Be 18 years or older (or be accompanied by a legal guardian and/or attorney)
-
Have documents pre-printed or opt. in for printing services prior to the appointment

Please do not sign documents until all parties are present.

**Social security cards, birth certificates and/or credit cards are NOT acceptable forms of valid ID.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING
THE APPOINTMENT?
Most meetings are quick – usually no more than half an hour. Once you’re comfortable we will ask to see the document that you’re signing and your I.D. Usually, the notary will discuss the document briefly with you and then ask for your signature prior to notarization. Once documents are notarized, I will make an entry in my official notary journal prior to concluding the appointment.
WHERE CAN WE MEET?
Get your documents notarized at your home, office, nursing home, nearby restaurant, anywhere it's convenient for you!
